NEW! Youth Alpha Leaders’ Guide (Revised and Updated February 2010)
This is a brand-new version of the Leaders' Guide.
It is a fully comprehensive guide with all you need to know to run a fantastic Youth Alpha course.
The Leaders' Guide contains 4 main sections:
-
Section 1 - Each talk has several teaching points, and each teaching point has lots of different options for illustrating those points – including interactive games, movie clips, YouTube clips and much more.
-
Section 2 - How to run a course: all that you need to know to plan your course and make it happen. This includes how to run a Launch Event, the course itself, and the Weekend/Day Away. If it isn’t answered here, it probably isn’t a question worth asking.
-
Section 3 - Expert Advice: twelve articles from leading youth ministry professionals covering the different aspect of running a Youth Alpha course – contributing authors include Mike Pilavachi, Pete Greig, Gavin Calver and Mark Oestreicher.
-
Section 4 - Team Training: two talk outlines to help you train and equip your team to run Youth Alpha.
The Youth Alpha Clips DVD features 1-minute street interviews of young people on the streets as well as 2-3 worship music videos for every week.
-
Topics covered:
-
