What is Equip and Refresh Day? A one-day event, with worship, ministry, workshops and a chance to network with your peers who have a heart to for the evangelisation of our nation.
Who Should Attend? ERD is for church leaders, course coordinators and administrators, helpers and small group leaders who have run an Alpha Course.

Using Games and Activities on Alpha - Find out how to incorporate games and activities into your Alpha session, making it friendly and relaxed for guests coming to Alpha after a long day and using them to build up relationships between hosts and guests. Useful for anyone planning and hosting Alpha programmes. | |
| 2. Live Talks - Learn all about giving ‘live’ talks and how this enhances your Alpha session. Part 1 of the workshop focuses on the key 'take home' message of each talk and the key points in each talk. Part 2 focuses on creative ways of delivery to help guests process and remember the message. | |
| 3. Songs on Alpha - Building the relationship of songs from praise to worship to ministry. Explore how the usage of music and songs introduce guests to the idea of worship in church. For anyone involved in welcoming guests and planning the programme. | |
| 4. Weekly Dynamics - Looking beyond the basic fundamentals of weekly dynamics, this workshop focuses on changing group and discussion dynamics over the 10 weeks and equip leaders to respond accordingly. For small group leaders and course administrators who want to be more effective in their facilitation and pastoral care of guests. | |
